Follow Me Home - Jay Rock

I know he is considered the worst in Black Hippy, at least by me, because honestly he is. However, he is actually a dope rapper. He can dope some really dope shit, shit verse on Black Lip Bastard (Remix) was fire and Follow Me Home was an amazing album, what is TrShady's thoughts on Jay Rock? I was just playing this album and Big K.R.I.T.'s Live From the Underground and I prefer this album. Not to take away from Big K.R.I.T. but everyone in Black Hippy is bringing fire, even their worst member.

I know that, my point is even though he's Black Hippy's weak link he is better than most rappers now a days and put out an amazing record in that of Follow Me Home.

I like FMH. It has that old school WESTCOAST Rap feel that Everyone remembers. Ive met the guy too and he's really down to earth. The downside is like everyone says, he's just overshadowed by all the others from Black Hippy. And quite honestly I feel his album didn't get as much exposure as it should have because of Tech's sudden burst of fame (BET Cypher & Welcome to Strangeland became a big deal). Good dude though

You forgot the part when you say Follow Me Home >>>>>>>>>>> The Documentary

I wouldn't take it that far. However its better than all of Game's post-The Documentary excluding some shining moments.

Well, actually I will take it that far. Overall Follow Me Home > The Documentary (I enjoy and listen to FMH far more). That's not to take away from The Documentary though, it was a fucking dope album.
