in other words you think that a winner of the Bundesliga and the German cup while being heavily influential in 2 seasons straight wont "make a dent" while a young arrogant prick from France "will push united to 3rd"? Selective judging at its best.

With the right signings and a good injury record, United can win the league.

I think Hazard and Kagawa will stir some shit up next season. Time will tell, let's be patient, lol.

I hope he's capable of rebuilding a squad. He's still going to have to do what AVB attempted.. move out the older players, and bring in younger ones. I'm sure he won't be as drastic as AVB was though lol.

you do not "MOVE OUT" older players, you gradually phase them out, something AVB did not realize at Chelsea.

Who do you guys think will take over at Spurs now? AVB is currently the odds-on favourite.

Spurs have dropped a bollock sacking Redknapp. Bale and Modric will almost certainly leave and any new manager will inherit a weakened squad with the same expectations - top 4 finish - he will fail and get sacked. And Spurs will drop back down to 6-8th.

Fixtures out. The Champions start with Southampton at home. I already cannot wait, although I won't be in the country to go to it*

Who did Chelsea get?

*hopefully

It's gonna be a pretty tight schedule at the end of the season yet again. I can see us competing for the League this year though.

I do feel that Drogba was your best striker and if you don't replace him you will struggle.

But I would expect Chelsea to do much better than 6th. Without a doubt.

Lello wrote:Arsenal will be in 4th place, and I feel Liverpool will have a good season and jump all the way to 4th even rivaling Arsenal for that Place.

Arsenal has not sold any significant players, has bought Podolski already and more are coming(Y Villa?, Girod), will have Wilshere back from injury and will have a better start because of the improvement of the players they had this year (Koscielny, Scezny, Walcot, Rosicky) so i fully expect them to be a comfortable top 4 finish.

I actually think Liverpool will be 6th or less this season. First, while Bredon Rodgers might be a good tactical coach it requires a bit of "star-power" to consistently beat the top sides such as City, United and spurs and that will likely prove problematic. On the contrary, a Moyes led Spurs with a few purchases could prove very competitive. The lack of pressure will also work in his favour.
