Honestly, Jay-Z and Eminem are the two most underrated artists within the hip-hop community as a whole, on the Internet Jay-Z however is overrated and Eminem is either hated or loved depending where you look. I mean in real life only about 2 or three people I asked who the best hip-hop artists are said either Eminem or Jay. The others said PAC, Big (even though they never listened to them, and I know that because I saw their iPod's catalog before), Drake, Lil Wayne, or Kanye (I don't care about that answer really though because for me Kanye is a top 3 producer, but as a rapper he's not in my top 10).

That's why I admit Encore was shit, Relapse's accents were some of the worst vocals to be laid on a rap record, and Recovery's beats weren't quality. Right?
