The only place Eminem is underrated is as a general lyricist among the older generations. In hip-hop, he is rated properly, right at the tippy top.

BTW, the most underrated hip-hop artist of all time is Possessed from Rhyme Asylum. His biggest song has 170,000 views and he's an INCREDIBLY clever lyricist. If he wasn't British, he would be mainstream.

Actually this is very debatable. You could put up a semi-valid argument as to why TES is better than any Budden project but comparing catalogues? Joe wins by a land slide seeing as half of his discography isn't terrible nonsense.

Underrated and unheard of are slightly different. Underrated mean something is better than people think it is (implying people have heard of it).

I extremely doubt people that are aware of RA call Possessed mediocre. The only complaint I've heard was Amadeo saying a he lacks charisma which I agree with somewhat. I never get sick of those punches though.

However, I think Psiklone is underrated. Almost all RA fans I know especially on this forum always rave about Possessed (me included) whereas Psiklone doesn't really get any love.
