this is the most boring half I've ever watched..... Spain is hogging the ball like Barcelona, and passing backwards all the time until they find a breakthrough which kills the mood of the game... Portugal have been brighter with their attack, couple of chances here and there, but very forgettable half so far, hope the intensity picks up in the second half (and Torres gets in the game)

Spain has also had few chances here and there, and two pretty nice chances.
Seems like Spain is destined to be boring even if they are playing different than usual. Sure, they have their passings, but that is their style! But they are not passing back and forth as they did in the last matches (which were boring, yes).

While doing it slow, and then suddenly fast, which no one is expecting, and BOM, you get some nice play and a goal.

In a technical sense, it's superb. The way the break teams down both physically and mentally is amazing. Regardless, it's boring watching a team full of such talent pass aimlessly up until they step up the pace and create chances.

I myself have said that the tempo needs to be a little faster. Yes, please, keep the passings and breakthrough-passes, etc. but please have a little more tempo.
