Lol this is an awesome thread! I have a half sleeve dedicated to my brother, I'll post it here in a second, I'm also getting a calf sleeve of me and my brother taking out a hoarde of zombies by Dan Henk hehe but his schedule is pretty packed so itll be a while! Well Idk what else to call it, I think in the tattoo world a "sleeve" means that whole area is covered, I guess it could be called a sock but that would sound stupid tbh,
