that's a start. You should take care of your body we only have one, and you are very young.

I have no idea about this topic, but maybe you should go to a doctor to make you a personalized diet and a monitoring.

Fuck operation Lello. All you need to do is-eat smart and run. Avoid white flour bread. Eat rye bread instead. Google what food you should eat or go to a gym and talk to someone that knows a lot about this. Eat a lot of fish, chicken, turkey...(white meat). Don`t eat after 18.00 pm. eat lots of fruit and vegetables. If you need to eat in the evening, eat light (low fat cottage cheese and some rye bread). No snacks, fast food, forget Coca Cola, Sprite and all that crap. You need to eat 80% of the food you will eat during the day till lunch, so that you can burn that food with some activity.

Since you are 150 kg right now, runing is not a good option right now, because of your knees. Take long walks (faster walks) and get a bike. Combine that with football that you play and the right diet, you will start loosing weight. When you get down to 100-110 kg, start runing. It`s important to make yourself a schedule and stick to it. Run 3-4 times a week, and as you make progress, increase the distance you run. Play football as much as you can, run alot, watch what you eat-that`s all. It will be hard, but as the time go bye and you see the results you will have more and more will to keep going.

And then, when you get back to that 85 kg, you can cut yourself some slack. That`s where the gym kicks in. You can ease up the diet a bit, A BIT. The gym is here to turn that weight you will gain by easing up a bit (A BIT LELLO) into muscles. You will see, taking care of your body will become a lifestyle.

as far as i can remember your face looks good then it will be a shame not to have the body that goes with it. :p

and of course for your health it's better too.

i tried to remember all advices i heard from a friend who got to lose weight.


then no diet because often you regain the weight you lost and more, just eat less and better if you can.
so of course don't eat and drink bad things like you know, prefer to drink a lot of water, you can add a bit of fruit juice, don't drink too much fruit juice either, it's better to eat fruits.

my friend was 130 kilos, and ate lots of chocolate, food in too large quantities, he stopped all sugars even in the coffee, and it decreased gradually his food portions, and it runs every week, he made ​​several meals a day and if he is hungry he takes a small chicken sandwich with no sauce just a little butter, the purpose is not to stop eating at all but just eating better. and it's been many years since he is 65 kilos for 1m75 and he never got weight back. It's hard to lose weight, but not impossible, you need to teach yourself discipline and find some self-esteem.
Look at everyone around you, just keep thinking to yourself, I don't wanna end up like those idiots and stick to eating less, the fear of growing up looking really grotesque should be enough motivation for you to resist the temptations.

The weight you are at is the highest you can get before your skin starts to severely stretch, if you gain anymore weight and decide to lose it and you succeed, your skin will look hideous.

You're lucky, this will be the chance to regain a sexy body, dude.
Don't let this opportunity of regaining a good body slip away, keep listening to music and march forward into the world.

Eat apples if you are hungry, want some dessert?
Get some low calorie jelly.

I hope that you manage to pull this off, it's really a terrible thing for somebody to go through.
If you fail, then yes, try the surgery.

well then maybe you have a motivation in the Bible and that's good. I was raised to be a believer, but it's hard for me to believe , but I respect people who does.

More motivations? you will look a lot better and also you will avoid future heart problems.

keep in mind this is something that is in your hands, there are people with serious illness that can't do much except rely on luck, but this is something you can do with willpower and motivation.

I think people here gave you good advices and as I said maybe you can go to a doc that helps you with it. You can also put a pic of Torres in your fridge so you will see it everytime you have sweet temptations. ;)

man,i thought you lost weight,you actually gained 10KG's?

Fuck i gained 5 KG's too,im now 123 KG's,i am dieting though,im eating what i want,but im only eating once a day.

Small, frequent meals are actually more likely to help you lose weight. Like four small meals a day, as long as the food isn't terrible for you.

So your only problem is overeating? Just dont eat bad, its insanely simple. Everytime you want to eat junk, just dont. Im sure this is hard for you, but people in life have SUCH bigger issues that they overcome every day. Dont make it all dramatic like this is your last shot at leading a normal life, just stop eating crap.

Not to be a dick, but if you cant manage the willlpower to simply not put something in your mouth, you wont go far in life.

Do you excercise? you should do some weight training and som bicycling 3 times a week minimum. Running is not a option yet because thats too heavy for your body. Just do a simple full-body 3 day split and do 20 min cardio after that. Eat a little less on day you dont go to the gym.
And then when your at 100 kg, start doing crossfit, its hard, but its 20-30 minutes a day 4 days a week.
Train on a empty stomach. I'd suggest a paleo diet. Its basicly just veggies, meat, some egg, fish, a little nuts and fruits. I would probably cut the fruits out for the first 2-3 months because of the carbs.

I see some here says that eating more frequent meals and small portions is the best way. Well I disagree, i disagree because If your like me, love food and have a tendency to overeat if you eat 5-6 times a day, i suggest you look up http://www.leangains.com/, this helped me lose about 25 kg. I eat 2-3 big meals a day and have a LOT of time to do other stuff than eat. I dont really see the point of eating every 2 hours if you arent a bodybuilder.

Your going to make it, but have patience, it took you time to gain that weight. Therefore its gonna take some time to get rid of it too.

Yeah, just eat mostly veggies into your lunch and dinner.. Your going to be a lot fuller and veggies have very low calories.

I would suggest maybe some eggs to your breakfast. Eggs have fats/vitamins/minerals you need. Fats are more important than carbs, that low-fat bullshit is.. yeah bullshit.
And some walnuts instead of fruit. A lot of good omega-3 and its full of vitamins/minerals/fiber.
Dont overeat on nuts either, its full of calories but good in small portions.. So take only half a hand of nuts and eat.

Drink a lot of water. Start your day to chug a bottle of icecold water and maybe a fast 30 minute walk or have sex or something that makes your heart rate go up. That'll boost your metabolism.

This is NOT a quick fix but a lifestyle!! after a while you can have a cheat meal once a week.

Don't go the for the surgery. Want proof? Look at Carnie Wilson. Bitch ate THROUGH her bypass and was the biggest she's ever been. Now she's going for the lap band, but with her eating issues that she's doing nothing to resolve, she'll probably break that too. My advice is to just cut all of your food, no matter what you eat in half and throw the rest away. Train yourself to get full on less. If you can't do that, then you'll always overeat. When in doubt, eat half a meal and then spend the rest of the time drinking water until you feel full. I haven't done any of that shit yet, but it works for people I know.
