Still possible. Budden is going mainstream on this one and he got Lil Wayne and Twista. So Eminem is still a possibility.

Doesn't matter if it's mainstream, they're good friends & obviously Slaughterhouse is under Shady, so I'm sure he's done collabs with him before, for future albums.

I thought the track that Eminem did with SH had no Joey on it.

Besides, it's not the same. It's like the Anthem with Eminem, Tech N9ne, and a lot of other rappers. It's still sorta a collab, but it's not just those two.
