Assassin's Creed, the best video game ever.

It's a lot more in depth than 'walk around different ways.'

I remember showing my friend my method on the mission Invitation To A Party on Hitman 2, he wasn't even aware of the Silent Assassin ranking until I showed him.

He used to go in through the main entrance via the party invitation, then once inside kill a guard, take his weapons, then pretty much murder everyone at the party including the target, leaving a bloodbath.

I used to sneak in through the back, take a waiter's uniform that is lying around in the kitchen, then head upstairs to the room where the party is taking place. I'd then poison a drink, and head over to the target in my disguise. He'd then drink the poisoned drink, head for the bathroom where he eventually dies, without anybody being none the wiser.

Plus, you need to cap on the various opening that are offered keeping in mind that you don't belong there and you wander under the cloud of doubt. Strategy, damn it, that's the main key here. If you don't plan your moves at the right time, you're are fucked, Hitman 4 supports my point of timing. The game itself offers various "POI", each one propelling a different way of completing the mission.

That's honestly something that the Assassin's Creed gameplay lacks, however it looks like it's making an addiction in AC3. I still find the series to be amazing. I mean you can go into a castle and kill everything that moves or kill singular targets. You can poison, and shit of that nature. And you can blend into crowds to make sure you remain undetected in dangerous areas.

The reason that HM is so acclaimed is the fact that it feeds on fear of the opponents. AC, well, I haven't played it, so I can't say that fear is a factor involved in the game or not. Take BM: AA, same thing, fear of the dark knight swinging on the gargoyles and performing inverted take downs and the prisoners don't know "Who's Next?". AC has some good playing environment, things that you don't see in HM.

It somewhat incorporates fear, sometimes enemies run away during combat and you build up a reputation in Rome or where ever the game is taking place. Maybe not as much as BM: AA, but it's still there somewhat.

I only played the first AC though, so I can't fairly assess.

That's the worst one, I wouldn't judge the series off that one. You can on any enstallment after the 1st however.

Yes, what is your point lol. I think Hitman is a fantastic series. I fucking WISH i could play Blood Money again (fuck, even Contracts) but I let my friend borrow them 3 years ago and he never returned them and we aren't in contact much so I'd rather not ask...I wish there was an HD release on PS3. Anyway lol, I wasn't arguing that AC is the best, or comparing it, I'm just saying you can't box things when they're much more than that and I know that AC is not just climb around and then kill people.

@Sam, Brotherhood probably has the best gameplay. I just beat that one a second time, I thought it was amazing. You gotta get the add-on's like the Da Vinci Disappearance and Copernicus DLC's. I didn't know Da Vinci was gay before this game, I thought that was a cool little fact. I guess it explains a lot of the real things he did. Such as the Vitruvian Man and speculation that the Mona Lisa was actually a guy disguised as a girl (something of that nature).

I'm looking forward to play it.
