He doesn't diss Wayne right there but he disses people who dress like him and he says he's like "yeah he got it from me" meaning he brainwashed them.

And nah because 50 Cent got out of there, Hopsin knows how clever Fif is. It's more like a jab to the hood rats who keep doing gangsta raps and staying in the projects without trying to get a better life.
