Rhyme Asylum individual albums??

Postby ShAdYTiLIDie » Jul 19th, '12, 19:40

Hey guys, I was just wondering if Psiklone, Skermish or Posessed have any individual albums or is State of Lunacy and Solitary Confinement the only albums they have released?? Both of those Albums are dope and I have recently become a huge fan of them, although it seems like they arent going to be making music for a while =(. Also, what do you guys think of Rhyme Asylum?? I'm sure most people here are fans lol.

yeah I just watched an interview that was In May 2012 and he said that he was supposed to be working on it but really hasnt. its too bad they sort of slowed down on theyre music making because they are possibly the best lyricists in the rap game IMO.

We all remember this RA Status Update...

Its been a while since you've heard any new RA but there will be more.
I will be recording a solo album but have no idea how long it will take or when it will be out.
Never wanted to do any solo shit but fuck it.
We usually work in complete secrecy but if i announce it then i have to do it.
We all flirt with the idea of quitting (esp in the barren wasteland of UK hip hop) but i dont think i could
stop even if i wanted to.
Many things have slowed me down recently but the hunger has never gone, so be patient and hopefully
this potentially final installment from me will have some impact.

Thanks to all the REAL supporters! Without you it would be a million times more difficult.

At the time we all just assumed it was Possessed as he posted a similar status a little while earlier...Up until now a solo album from an RA Member has just been speculation...

Then last night Skirmz posted this on his Facebook...

hell yeah! thats good to hear! I'll be bumping that one for a while psiklone is my favorite in RA but Posessed is definitely second. Should be a dope album, although I doubt its going to be out anytime soon!

Word. Psiklone is my favorite too.

From what I've heard, skirmish, who has left the group is also coming up with a solo. He dropped something lately, and it was kick ass.

Yes, artistic difference was the reason why he left. His new Album will have features, loads of them, I assume. But, I hope otherwise too. Let's see what new things he'll have to offer considering a lot has been already said.

Indeed it is very sad, I like skirmish but I would be completely okay with just psiklone and possessed doing a duo album would be dope AF. when I get some $$ I'm going to buy theyre album for sure!

the thing is, when it comes to emotional tracks...skirmz is better than Zest and Psiklone. Regardless, Zest is a top ten lyricist.

Possessed is so fucking dope! He kills everytime!
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Very addictive man, I have about a 30 minute drive to work every day and I usually get through about 2 songs just because I replay them and rewind over and over again, some of the shit they say is so off the walls it takes a couple of times to really feel the whole impact of what they say!
