How do you get abs? Lol. I recently started running everyday. I run 30 minutes, with no pause.
Should I do sit ups too? How many?

I'm 1m72 and 63 kgs by the way.

Do them at the same time. Run then do weights/crunches. You burn fat around the areas you work muscle. It's science, dawg.

Drink Crystal Lite. Problem solved. Losing 8lbs in easy. You can do it in 2 weeks of the gym, if you aren't a lazy mouth breather.

I'll do it too. I'm 15 with 167 pounds and I'm 5'6. I need to get rid of fat and build up muscle that I've let waste away due to not being active.

no u lose weight as a whole, it takes fat from the places where its most abundant, usually the stomach.
if you work out the fat essentially replaces the fat and u look more toned. ut not around the abs.

take chuck liddell, had a six pack when he inhaled. but just standing there he had a beer belly.
because he had fat over his abs

You're not going to lose all that weight by quitting soda, but it's a good idea anyway. Join a gym or go running to lose weight.

@ Trimms
You need a low % BF before abs will show. That's why skinny guys usually already have one (doesn't count though).

How can someone not like water though lol.

You have to get your body fat percentage right down, which can only be done by having the right diet and getting enough cardio and burning enough calories. Weight training also helps a lot.

You could do 10,000 situps a day and it won't give you abs because when you lose fat, your body chooses which part of the body it loses it from. And usually for men the first place fat stores is in the abdomen, and it's also the last place the fat will be taken from. So yea, it's fucking difficult to get a six pack unless you're just one of those skinny motherfuckers with no mass, which doesn't really count lol.
