The only '12 album I've listened to is skelethon. Mourning in America is going to be awesome though.

Killer Mike - R.A.P Music
Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Sh.., Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, see Malcolm
You see Biggie, see Pac, see success and its outcome
See Jesus, see Judas; see Caesar, see Brutus
See success is like suicide
Suicide, it's a suicide
If you succeed, prepare to be crucified

If it wasn't good i wouldn't pick it as one of the best albums of the year so far. It's just pure, classic, hip hop sound with straight, classic, eargasmic production from Apollo Brown and clever, solid as always lines from O.C.

LP relesased the new album? Well I've been followin' and lost it because of other things that distracted me :tounge2:

Gonna get it. Also, on topic, the best album I heard was Mayday's "Take me to your leader". Surprisingly good one.

Because of studyin I couldn't concentrate and hear Obie's album, my preference to hear too.

I am owin' a lot of albums this year

Still gotta get Nas' album. :sweating: And some others.

I hope so, Stop The Press didn't really blow me away.

I wasn't insanely impressed with that song either, but I felt what he was doing. Most of Ali's best songs, imo, are the ones that aren't ever broadcasted. His singles are average for him, but he always has hidden gems on every record. I'm expecting the same with this one.

Tomorrow's the release of Reks next album (with Numonics production), so you better check that cause it can be an attack for the best album of the year, like always.

DAMN! Reks killed it! "Rebelutionary" is one of the best albums of the year so far so for me it look something like this:

Ab-Soul - Control System
Apollo Brown & O.C. - Trophies
Reks - Rebelutionary
Killer Mike - R.A.P. Music
Nas - Life Is Good
