i just realised over the last few days that in the mornings i weigh about 5lb less than i do in the evenings

seriously though, imagine that pepsi has cow urine in it. Every time you see pepsi, think of cow urine. That might help not drink it :whistle:

You have to weight yourself in the morning after peeing, at least if you have to trust the internet :unsure:

nahthat wont affect it, its to do with how much i eat and drink. My metabolism stays pretty high when i go to sleep i have food in me, when i am asleep i burn up anything in me, meaning i weigh less when i wake up. Also it is fluctuations in muscle mass and stuff, different amount of water being used by my muscles or some shit like that.

thats easy to lose in a day. its all water weight

my friend can lose 15lbs=6.8kg

its not THAT hard

:facepalm2 i lose 3... losing 6 is possible though, it depends how big you are and how much water you take in, stuff like that
Its not permenant weight loss it is just fluctuations in body mass, so the weight will go back on over a few hours/a day or two
