Why Eminem doesn't rap on dubstep?

I don't know if Animal by Yelawolf is considered as dubstep (or influenced by it) but if it is, then why not? Not some heavy trash though

I don't have a problem with Dubstep, but it's not something that Em would work with very well. At least, I don't think so.

Something would have to suffer. Either the lyrics to make way for the beat, or the beat to make way for the lyrics. Either way, something would be lacking. I don't see Em getting out of his element that far to really do a gritty dubstep beat justice, and I certainly don't want to hear another watered down shell of a dubstep beat on a rap album.

Remixes, maybe. I don't see it being true to either side past that.

Yes. At least offical remix lp, in which Eminem get into to chose dubstep beat. And, yeah. Animal by Yelawolf is pretty dubstep-ish. Borgore produced it, i didnt know.

I wouldn't mind if there was some form of wobble bass in the beat, (like Yelawolf's Let Me Out) but a full dubstep track wouldn't go well with Em's style.

Strange Music gets their beats from another galaxy. That's my only explanation.

edit: no but seriously, they have a team that sniffs out beats from all over, whereas I think Em likes to keep it close to home. but who knows, recovery was all over the place and em definitely has access to any beat he wants. it's just a matter of finding them.

I know, Tech's ability to ride any kind of beat, it's something that I like about him. Personally, Trimms, even if it's the trend, I don't want him to do it, and he won't.

If people said he sold out with Recovery, they they have to say he sold out with dubstep production. I always picture 15-year-old scene kids when I think of dubstep. But I would at least like to hear him on one to make a full judgement.

Wait a minute, wtf is the riding the dubstep beat thing? You think Tech do it perfectly and you think Em cant do it? But what about his abillity to spit on any thing he wants? There was a lot of talking about this. Your words just, you know, actually you are promoting the thought that Em fell of.
