I hope F&L 2 will have that effect too.

It will be hard to top these albums which we included, especially Ab-Soul's CD which is our collective choice :)

nothing's hard for Hopsin and Kendrick and Lupe

Yeah, they can do it but... whatever happens Killer Mike's album will be the highlight of the year for me just because of style of it (great, synth-bass-heavy production). The same with "Trophies" from Apollo Brown & O.C. (the best straight, pure hip-hop album of the year so far). "Rebelutionary" by Reks will be the highlight of the year for me mainly because of GREAT, POLITICAL CONTENT, and classic sound of production on which Reks kills almost everybody :shifty: So like I said, Hopsin, Kendrick and Lupe can make amazing albums but for me absoulapollobrowno.c.killermikerekskrizzkaliko albums will be among the best albums of the year no matter what. They made the best albums in styles, which they presented. It will be unfair to compare new Hopsin album to "Rebelutionary" or Killer Mike's project to "Trophies" for me :) I don't know if I said what i wanted to, fuck it

F&L2, good kid, m.A.A.d city I bet will be fucking amazing. There is a whole list of albums I'm waiting for that have good potential, but I'm not listing them all.

Man, I just can't stop giving enough praise to Live from the Underground. I've listened to some of the other recommendations made in this thread, but KRIT's album is just on a whole new level.

Seriously, if there's someone who hasn't listened to it, give it a try. At least youtube songs like "Praying Man" or "I Got This".

I checked this album because I thought the cover was dope, and Amazon was selling it one day for only a buck. Man, one of the best purchases ever.

Didn't think Ricky would make such an amazing album, even tho Andre's verse renegaded the whole album.

Andre killed him on Sixteen. Everything else was average, except the beats. Wasn't worth sitting through it lol. But I'm not even joking when I say JB's album > Rozay's

I understand why people don't like Rick, but to me he's one of the guys I can find entertaining no matter what they say, his delivery and personality are one of a kind.

I don't like Officer Ricky personally and honestly think most of his music is trash except for his beat selection and flow on some songs. Other than that his lyrics and content plain out suck, he's very repetitive (that's not even about multis, but he sucks at that too). However, I will say that Ross is fun to rap along with, he also makes some damn good work out music. He's alright compared to YM and I would rather MMG running the game if no one else I like is able to take the throne from YM.

The throne is with GOOD though.

But really I think MMG is the 2nd best label out there, Ross collected one hell of a team, and they got chemistry and royalty similar to GOOD's. They're awesome, especially Meek Mill.

To be fair, G.O.O.D. and MMG do have a similar chemistry and royalty, but neither one is on top yet. These two labels are about to kill the king and take his throne IMO. That king would be YM, who is in the decline (I say they are king as a label because of commercial success as a label, not talent. However, Drake isn't as shit as everyone says. I just don't personally fuck with his shit, but he's got talent.). It's kind of a race to the finish between G.O.O.D. and MMG, personally I feel G.O.O.D.'s popularity will last longer as a label than MMG's, but MMG will sky rocket to the top like YM and eventually fall. YM is currently falling (check Nicki's first week sale compared to her first album's first week sales.)
