Lupe RapFix Interview - Breaks Down In Tears

Postby Slim Fiasco » Jul 26th, '12, 17:46

Man, that was a dope interview with Lupe. That crying part made me sad, but it also made me to appreciate Lupe even more, and to realize where he's actually coming from. You don't really feel that he's from the ghetto when you're listening to him. It was also nice to see a more personal side from an artist, which is rarely the case in interviews or whatever.

I have never seen him like this, it made me sad too. This shows how genuine and what a good person he is, Lupe really cares. I have even more respect for him now, if that's possible.

"Lamborghini Angels" sounds promising and I cant wait till September 25th.

As for Lupe, you definitely should, especially since Food & Liquor 2 is coming.

By the way, he did an interview with The Breakfast Club, you should post it (i'm busy atm).

He did like 10 interviews the past 2 days, this one seemed the most worthy. People can check the rest here - http://www.thelupendblog.com/ (mods, don't delete this link, it's not advertising, just saving myself from creating 10 threads.)

I've always had this image of a dude who cares about the ghetto, lived close to it, but not actually from it. Respect him so much for what he's done with his songs. I just wish he gets to see an improvement in his neighbourhood. That shit is too sad.

Blogs are okay, as long as no one has to sign up or pay.

Other forums are different, but blogs have always been ok, as far as I know.
"America...just a nation of two hundred million used car salesmen with all the money we need to buy guns and no qualms about killing anybody else in the world who tries to make us uncomfortable" — Hunter S. Thompson
