It's a mixtape and an album. This explains it better:
Obie Trice confirmed that he is also currently working on setting up an international tour, but the dates have yet to be confirmed. Obie is looking to drop the new “Spill My Drink” music video on August 10th, followed up by an end of August release for “The Hangover” mixtape, and “The Hangover” album has been given a 2013 release date. Fans can expect to hear production from Warren G. on both the mixtape, and the upcoming album.
