Blu missed the entire point completley you say Lauryn Hill also has Melody/Singing too or Hopsin produces too or kanye produces too but the point you miss is these other artists don't all have the complete package like Eminem they don't all do it all them self like Eminem does be it producing, singing, song writting, lyricisim etc.

It is just your opinion Kanye is better but Eminem has been succesfully producing albums, singles consistantly since 2000. Kanye samples alot while Eminem creates music from scratch. You say many Artists can produce but name a succesful album or single or big record Hopsin has produced for another rapper or even himself? where as Eminem has produced diamond albums and number 1 singles and countless records for other rappers like Jay, Nas, T.I.

Why do you keep bringing up sales as if they determine how good something is?

Compare the hook on You're Never Over to the hook on Runaway lol. Eminem can't sing, not any more at least. Kanye kind of can.

It was about how diffrent Rappers actually buy beats from Eminem or request him to produce on their album. sales are important why you think Artists make music? for sales and to get as many people to enjoy and buy their product as possible. So the more people that liked and purchased the records that gives the Artist the most satisfaction. Sales are the bread and butter of the industry. I look at it like this i think Eminem is good based on me enjoying his albums not all but most more than most other artists albums, also being able to relate to most his music, enjoying diffrent aspects from the rapping to production. So the sales mean millions of others who brought the product feel the same way.

I think Kanye is a better Producer based on catalouges but i like Till I Collapse and Warriors more than any Kanye beat. i prefer the melody driven beats more than sampled jazz, soul, old music type beats.

Not really someone would enjoy listening to not saying he ain't talented but just not musically appealing to me. I think Joe Budden the best in Slaughterhouse but can't say i'm a fan of Joe.
