My weight, as of Thursday, August 16th 2012, is 156.2 kg (344.2 pounds). Hey bro just follow your calories. I used to be a fat cunt when I was 15 (Weighed about 100kg) and I simply started walking home everyday and counting calories. I would make sure I ate less than 2000 calories per day and my weight dropped off fast, I also began exercising a lot once I hit about 90Kg . I am 21 now and weigh 77kg while going to the gym every day for 45 minutes, pretty shredded too and I have managed to be like this for 5 years. Just be careful with this (Eating little calories) because your body can go into starvation mode and hold onto your fat causing your metabolism to slow, so do exercise and do not eat less than 1500 calories (Slows metabolism as I have said). Try to eat 1500-1800 calories per day. No more. Exercise and it will come off pretty quick because you weigh a fair bit. Eventually you will hit a plateau where you can not lose any more weight, that is where you should increase your exercise. When you start losing weight quickly, don't fucken stop especially if you decide to be a lazy fuck and just starve yourself because your metabolism will slow therefore if you eat like shit again your weight will be back to 150+ again in no time.
