To be honest it might be completely made up - it's just how they structure the "track dump" page for producers on sites like PMPWorldwide. It looks very similar so I instinctively thought it might be legit, but thinking about it now I forgot how many sad cunts there are on the internet who might actually take the time to make something like this up.
