Hey everybody, as you know, this time I was too busy to write for the magazine so we made it a group effort and couple of members took care of certain sections. Please excuse me for the lack of a cover, and the guys who were planned for a interview will have to wait a bit, because I want to do the interviews when I'm free myself. Thanks to everybody who contributed, and for helping me to keep this going until I'm able to go at it again.

News Of The Week by name
The most important news of the week was the "goodbye" of the TRShady veteran Hesky, who created a thread to explain his decision, as he said, he doesn't want to live in a community "where the foundations include spite, malicious attacks, and unnecessary censorship". Hesky is one of the most chill members this site has ever witnessed, , he introduced this legendary smiley that became a trend all around the forum, he never wrote a rude reply to anyone, as he said, "I could be more blunt with my personal opinions, but I try to add humour to them to show that I'm not an absolute dickhead, filled with hate", no one disliked him on this site for a reason. He also introduced Shad to most of this forum including myself. "I hope I've portrayed myself as an easy going person in my time here, and if you don't feel that way then I apologise. Maybe things could have been different under other circumstances" he says. TRShady will miss Hesky if he actually won't make a comeback.

Movie Review by Guess_Who
It was hard to pick one movie, I didn't want to pick something girly or something very popular, and Fight Club falls into this category, but as the movie is 13 years old I thought that perhaps some of you have not seen it. And the movie deserves a shot.
Fabulously directed by David Fincher and with a solid cast that includes Brad Pitt, Edward Norton or Helena Bonham Carter. 2 hours and 19 minutes of satirical comedy and drama.
Norton stars as a disillusioned man with insomnia who tries to relate to others by visiting support groups for patients with terminal diseases.
During an air travel he meets Tyler Durden, a charismatic soap salesman holding a very special philosophy: perfectionism is for the weak , whereas self-destruction is all that makes life really worthwhile. They decide to form a secret fight club to unload their frustrations and anger.
The interesting thing about this crazy and controversial movie is that It never neglects the social criticism and what each thing really represents.
Finally let me mention the great (and appropriate) sound track, Where is my mind? :

Musical Review by Zabe
If you had told me in a parallel universe that the frontman of Blur was going to form a virtual group with an artist and create albums with EXTREMELY strong hip-hop influences, I would have told you to learn how to write a less complex sentence. Gorillaz, the collaborative product of Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, is a rock band with a difference. Rather than promote their albums like regular dudes, Albarn and Hewlett decided to create a virtual band that would appear in the visuals. This conceit works in their favour, as this album (their second) feels more like an abstract concept, a journey through the craziness of the Gorillaz. As I said before, the hip-hop influences are extremely strong, with guests like De La Soul, Bootie Brown, MF DOOM and Roots Manuva providing strong verses. However, Shaun Ryder steals the show with his Parklife-style ranting on DARE, probably the standout track on the album. Danger Mouse does an excellent job producing all of the album with Albarn. All in all, this is an extremely good album, and in my eyes, a classic.[/quote]

Throwbacks by Trimss
When I was a child, my cousin came and lived like a year in my house. He was
older than me, I was like 5 and he was 18.
The first thing he did when he came here was saving money to buy a Playstation
One. After 2 or 3 months, we finally went to the store and bought it.
Well.. It came with a game. I'm sure most of you gamers are fully aware and know Tekken. If not, reconsider your (gaming) life.
When I first started to play it, I have to admit I got my ass kicked so many
times it wasn't even funny. But this is litterally the only game I never stopped
playing. Even now, I still play it with my brother.
What can I say about this game? It's not perfect by any mean, but considering
when it was released.. It's beast.
I use to play with Law and his loud but so great screams.
I remember finishing the game and winning every character in like a week when I was 5. It was hard as fuck for me, not so much the Arcade Mode but the Tekken Force mode which was like a Free For All Beat Em Up with 4 parts.
If you failed one, it would just take you back to the menu and you'd have to
start over and over again.
There was also a fun mode.. The Tekken Ball. It's basically a One Vs One with a
beach ball and you have to hit the ball back and forth until it touches you and
kills you.
The plot was kind of surprising and pretty good if you ask me, with the Ogre
stuff.
To me, this is the best fighting game the Ps One had and one of the most well known, famous, popular or whatever game ever. The funniest thing in this game has to be the sound the characters make while fighting.
Ah damn.. I hope every player can relate to this, and confirm the fact that this game is amazing.

Become Cooler by Spyder
It seems like everyone hates the gym, but wants the results… heres how to get the result you crave easier.
Your probably doing 90% of your exercises wrong. In order to get that fit and toned look, you want to work
The following muscles: Bis, Chest, and Abs. Back, Tris, shoulders, and legs are not really favorites of women,
So we will exclude these. They key to working out these muscles is not the amount of weight, but how you do
Them. So in this article I will give you a simple routine, with correct directions to improve the muscles said above.
Biceps – everyone knows what a curl is, but again your probably doing it wrong.
Most people take the weight parallel to their leg, then lift a straight-wristed arm to their chin… wrong.
To get the full extent of this workout, bend your wrist back, and do not use your wrist to lift at all,
Start with your arm slightly bent already, not giving a chance to rest. Then raise it, if your doing it correct
Your arm, with bent-back wrist, should not be able to bend more than 90 degrees(like how you see pro’s flex)
This also stops your arm from resting at the top of your lift. So your arm should go half the distance as before,
With a limp wrist, and this will work your biceps twice as hard.
My biceps routine is the following, being the number of sets, then reps
Standing Curls – 3X5
Seated Curls – 3X5
Hammer Curls – 5X5
Then as a “super-set” I put 50lbs or so on a curling bar and curl until I cant lift it, then I remove a plate on each side,
And continue until failure. Keep going down one plate until you cannot do the bar.
Your biceps will be on fire, and jacked by no time.
Chest – correct benching is similar to regular, just your positioning. I’ve had coaches of all kinds of sports tell me
To bring the bar down to the armpit area… this again is the rookie way. The real way which works more of your pecs,
And less of your shoulders, is to bring the bar below your chest. It’ll feel awkward at first because your not use to it
And you feel like it will tip forward, but it works your chest so much more. Don’t bounce the weight of your chest,
That’s half of the lift gone. Hold the bar so your arms are slightly past 90 degrees.
My chest routine is as follows.
Flat Bench – 3X5
Decline – 3X5
Incline – 3X5
Flies- 3X8 (flies, twist the dumbbell as you lift, squeeze your chest, and do not tap the weight together, it is to much movement and will not help your chest)
And as a Super Set I put around 135lbs, a lightweight on the bar. Bring the bar halfway down, and then back up, do this 10 times. Then bring the bar all the way down, but only halfway up. Do this 10 times. Then do a regular set of all the way down, all the way up 10 times.
And finally the ladies favorite, Abs.
This routine was given to me as a combination of a p90x member, and just someone with ridiculous abs.
Take a 60lb weight(or whatever you can handle) and grab a decline bench, preferably over 45 degree angle.
Place the weight on your chest like a microphone holding the dumbbell vertically. Then do 25 sit-ups so that your
Body is parallel to the ground. Never touch the bench with your back. Once you have done 25, do not rest.
Then take the weight and twist your body from side-to-side, working your oblique and losing those love-handles.
Do this 10 for each side, 20 in total, and make sure to do the turns quickly.
Once this had been completed, without breaking, go to a pull-up bar and do leg-raises. Simply hang in the air form the bar, and raise your legs so they are parallel to the ground. Do ten of these, they should feel impossible but strive for all then.
That as a whole, was ONE set. You must repeat that whole thing two more times.
Resulting in 165 sit-ups in total.
Remember, you wont see Abs unless your under 10% body fat. Otherwise your abs will push out stomach fat, making it appear as you are fatter than you are. So burn the calories before trying to gain abs.
Do not overwork your muscles, and give each muscle group 24 hours of rest after each workout

These past few weeks have really picked up tbh. New Slaughterhouse snippets released so there's been a flood of new members fiending for some new Em material, but of course none of them really matter. In fact, most of them make really useless threads *cough* Common *cough* Freespeech *cough* Obama *cough* *cough*. (and that's coming from me)
BUT! You know who's never really made a useless thread? (Notice I didn't say post because let's face it… Obvious Troll is Obvious.) This guy. It's like he forgot he wasn't a news poster or something and just kept posting the latest ish. Alm keeps everyone updated with anything you need to know that's non-Shady records related or Eminem affiliated. (inb4Man1xparagraphaboutTDE)
Let's look at the recent contribution of this former stan turned stanye.

Like I said, dude contributes a lot to this forum. Is he perfect? Are you? When he says Hopsin will never blow, do you not retaliate with "DRAKE IS SO WHACK AND GAY!!!111! KANGAY SUCKS!!123567!" Maybe he wasn't mod material, maybe he can't finish half of the arguments he starts, maybe he trolls more than he contributes... but one things for sure. 9 times out of 10...
