slaughterhouse members

royce da 5'9 - has gotten worse over the past few years. he has some killer rhymes, but his verses are mostly hit-or-miss. some are really amazing, and some are just meh. then again, you can say the same thing about tupac and biggie. though he has exchanged lyrical fast-paced intense complex bars for short simple ones.

Joe Budden - was a great rapper. is still a great rapper.

Joell Ortiz - has had the biggest improvement overall. my favorite of the group now. his lyrics have always been good, but he improved his delivery a lot.

Crooked I - easily the most lyrical of the group. he's gotten better. of all 4 members, the experience of working together pushed crooked i the hardest to perform well. he is the least known member, but one of the best, being able to shine in the group in a way he couldn't solo.

"Useless" multies? Bitch, please. Crooked's verses on WT:OH were far from useless in the rhyme scheme department. He can intertwine concepts, emotions and sick as fuck rhyme schemes all into one, and you call his multies useless? He's head and shoulders above Budden on this album (and in rapping in general, IMO).

Crooked's "useless" multies >>>> Joe's boring ass rapping style.

Royce is easily the worst in SH, and he's not witty / constant flat attempts.

Crooked hardly brought any "useless multis" (maybe once or twice on the entire album) yet brought the best verse on at least 5 tracks.

This was Crookeds album. (First person you hear, last person you hear both regular and deluxe, had a verse on EVERY track)

Crooked owned Welcome to Our House.

i agree with sully. crooked i a 5000 pound demolition who crushes everything in his way.

and i agree with revolutionary. listen to royce's Bar Exam 3 mixtape. he had so many multis, fast-paced, full of energy, constantly changed up his versatile flow like quicksilver. At it's release I EASILY believed he was the best rapper out there. I even thought he was more interesting than Eminem. but now he dumbed down his rhymes, and he's only good for a catchy hook or two now.

Crooked I is by far the dopest one on SH. Joey is just a bit behind, followed by Royce and Joell is last

Crooked I - the dopest one to me. His punchlines and rhymes are just killer. Dude can weave a story fairly well too.

Royce - I agree, usually his verses are hit or miss. Dude can rhyme but he needs to find some more subjects. He might be the most appealing of the group though, popularity-wise.

Joell Ortiz - improved A LOT like you said. I really enjoy his verses, whereas I used to not really like them. I feel like Joell probably has the easiest time writing.

Joe Budden - dope rapper and lyricist, not really into his voice though...his voice takes a while to get used to, it has gotten better to me since I first heard him (and on the album I feel like he did great).

Royce Da 5'9''= Second favorite member of the group. Solo music isn't that good but has good verses once in a while. His verses are mostly hit and miss.

Joell Ortiz- Felt like he improved the most.

Crooked I= I like multis so... yeah favorite member and his solo music is good but only the rap songs. not concept songs. felt like he did the best in the newest album and average in the first

Budden- I don't like him or his voice. Did the worst in the first and second album. He needs to pick beats that compliment his voice better. Once in a while, he has a good verse.
