Out of 10 or 5?

I'd say:

7/10

3.5/5

That's being generous.

He says:
Unfortunately, OUR HOUSE feels like a thrown-together collection of (extremely) dope posse cuts. The album lacks direction, and its aesthetic (both lyrical imagery and musical) seems a little overly influenced by Shady. Ultimately, there are countless bars worth hitting rewind for, but Slaughterhouse is capable of so much more.

But then gives it a near-perfect rating? lmao. Not consistent.

The album is a 3 for me.

I agree with that part of the review. It's like they weren't sure which way to go so it sounds like a bunch of random tracks thrown together. Although I guess it's hard to pin down a distinct, consistent sound when you have a group of varying styles and personalities. I couldn't understand why they did certain songs the way they did them. Why would you not have have Budden on the title track? It's their intro and you exclude one of the members for a throwaway Em verse not to mention it was too crowed with an Em hook in the beginning and Skylar singing chorus. It should have been all verses by SL only and either a looped Em hook or Skylar chorus.

The order of the songs made no sense either. Why put some of your strongest at the end?

Em should have saved Asylum for his album. I desperately want to hear a verse from him on that beat.

I think they gave Em too much control. You can tell they pander to him.
Budden should be able to say 'Nah man I need to be on this track, we don't need a verse from you on this one.'
