Jay-Z apparently had an album almost ready after The Black Album to be released, but chose to retire instead. We all know he came back, but that album was shelved for American Gangster, I assume because the production/features sounded dated.

Well, it's coming out soon. I assume everyone will call bullshit, I would too. That's fine. I've seen plenty of supposed leaks before that turn out to be fake, I can't tell you how many times I've heard a Nasty song instead of Em.
