Honestly Lello, fat loss is 80-90% diet so don't be too discouraged that you can't exercise. Keep up a strict diet and the weight will fall off you. You're doing well

135.8 + 0.2 (the difference from the other scale) = 136.0 Kg!

which means a loss of 2.1 kg (4.6 Pounds), for a total of 20.2 Kg (44.5 Pounds) total weight loss in 6 kilos!

I have officially crossed the 20 Kg barrier, and I am officially under 300 pounds for the first time in a while

Still a long way to go, and things will only get harder, but each day that passes I'm more determined than ever!

I'll post a pic of me after the Marathon on Sep. 30th! (btw I start uni on Oct. 1st)
