Nah, I get what you're saying. It basically just boils down to the fact that it's all bullshit and certain people wanted to make up somethings and other people wanted to make up different things. Religious people have no answer for this, trust me. They'll just dance around the question or ignore it completely.

Atheists, and I'm only speaking of atheists who think that "it's 100% that God doesn't exist", I'm sorry, but none of us lived over a million year to decide whether it's mother nature or this thing religious people call "God", it's all about what we believe in, but we can never be 100% sure, it's mostly logic, and everybody got his own different logic. I mean, we don't even need to argue about religion, no one will be convinced, we're all going down anyway and our speculations, theories and ideas will only be confirmed then. Just look at everything from an agnostic's point of view, God might exist, God might not exist, who's side are you on? Personally I'm in the God exists side, but I won't be preaching or arguing with any atheist, Christian, Jew, agnostic or a Buddhist, I'll just leave it at that. That's why I never approach these topics in a personal way (Well, this paragraph might be the exception), just providing missing information and some history shit. But no, I find religion debates cringe-worthy overall, I'm not directing this to anyone, no disrespect to anyone, just had to let it go.

No Atheist believes 100% that god doesn't exist. Even Richard Dawkins said on a scale of 1-7, 1 being absolutely certain a god exists and 7 being absolutely certain a god doesn't exist that he's only a 6. The only people who are 100% certain are the theists.

I gave you the explanation to what you don't understand from my specific religion's point of view, regardless of whether you believe it or not, I just presented you my side's point of view, and it's up to you to understand it or dismiss it, I'll let someone else handle the actual "debating". *shrug

Except for the fact that atheist ideas are born soley from logic and reason, whereas religious ideals require faith. You don't have to agree with the logic, but the logic is there. That's not to say they're right, but it is to say that arguing from a religious standpoint and thinking a statement like "god created a barrier in the ocean" is more logical than two bodies of water not mixing due to different density, then you're doomed to make the same mistakes that people of faith have made forever in these debates.

There's nothing wrong with faith, or arguing for your faith. But don't act like the guy that disagrees with you is wrong because he can actually debate the subject better than you.

im sorry about that statement i didnt mean that god made a barriere but i meant that god actually mentionned it, mentioned how they dont mix and the barriere shit on the holy book that was my point , and they later discovered it...and people will just yeah whatever it doesnt matter if its written 1400 years ago yeah thats bullshit and will do their best to prove you wrong even though their argument isnt that strong...

easy question , ill answer you..well its simple , its just that the previous books were edited and twisted by people..and people started doing wrong things and believing wrong things in that bible so god made the last religion were in his book he said that this one will be kept the same and never twisted..and it still is 100% correct to this day. they aint different its just that when the holy book of the jewish got twisted and edited by people god brought the next holy book for christians a kind of update and correction to the previous one and when it once again got twisted god brought the final one...so thats it
