I don't take offense to that. As long as supplements are at the 10% mark, that's my overall point.
Yes the caffeine in supplements work but you go down hours after meaning you are tired and your body is sore.
Worst of all though, I find caffeine inconsistent. Yes, sometimes it gives me instant energy, but other times it results in sleepless nights (which is not good for bodybuilding or overall health)
