I said I don't know for certain whether god exists or not, but it is highly unlikely with the given evidence that one does exist.

I admit the way I worded the "just to be ahead" part was ridiculous, but my argument was that, just like we're currently underdeveloped to discover where did the universe come from, maybe we're also underdeveloped to find about the existence of God. Neither can we decide if it's made up or if it's real, hence why the main argument occurred between atheists and religious folks.

I know you said that no atheist believes that it's 100% that God doesn't exist, but I'm still debating on that matter, lol, cause that's the only way you can take religious arguments really, you either debate someone who thinks it's 100% that God exists or someone who thinks it's 100% that god doesn't exist. I'm starting to get a headache tbh.

And maybe you're right, and we are underdeveloped about whether a god exists or not. I just go with what we do have now, which is that a god probably doesn't exist. I don't really have a problem with people believing in god, if that makes them feel better that's fine. I just have a problem with religion when they interfere with the lives of people who don't believe the same things they do, which is what Christianity is doing in America right now.

How the fuck is it 50/50? There's 0 evidence of a God existing, and if you guys are going to keep using the "then how did the universe begin" question to defend yourself, then how did God create everything? Where did he come from?
