wrong fucking picture :facepalm thats what i get for having two tabs open with similar stuff on. Couldve been worse, could have posted the picture of kanye west that was in another tab...
the video of ronnie coleman at work in the police is just one of the most surreal things i have seen though, kind of respect him for it though.

i have multivitamin tablets, i take a dextrose tablet every now and then but i eat a fuck load of chicken and fish so i get most of what i need from my diet. I wouldnt consider the multivitamin ones to be for working out though, thats more just because generally i dont get enough fruit and the dextrose tablets are just to give me a boost if im really not in the moood to workout.

not reading all comments so excuse repitition

i saw sumin bout caffiene, no.
supposedly it helps gain muscle but i believe thats shit. as far as energy nah, atleast for me it doest work to keep me awake much less my workout.

pre workout take NO-Explode. nitros is the best thing to pump your muscles full of oxygen, two of my friends curretnly take this and it gives em around five more reps each set.
he takes a mass gainer but i honestly cant remember the name, and your whey protein
should be taken within twetny minutes after your workout.

for the people drinking it otherwise, keep up your activity and replace it for a meal, not in addition
other wise protien overload will make you fatter and bloated, the opposite of what u want.

hard work only goes so far, supplements def help.
as far as creatine, i stray from it as it has a small amount of roids in it. and has side effects of small bumps on your arms, like bubbles under your skin.

id use noexplode, its like nature roids. then a regular low calorie whey protien to rebuild muscle
i honestly like jay robb, no calories, tastes great.

and yeah, get your fuckin sleep. thats my fuckin life problem

:-

i just have a big ass chicken sandwich and some yoghurt after workouts, then about 2 hours later i have dinner anyway which is a truck load more protein. Im getting about 140-150g a day at the moment, i should be getting a bit more than that i will admit (if i want to get >1g/lb of bodyweight i would need a bit more anyway), but not being able to afford protein shakes means that for now i will have to make do. Carbs arent difficult to come by though.

There are some skinny mofos that can beat the shit out of anyone, strength doesn't get improved just by weight lifting.

people not wanting to fight you because they think you will beat the shit out of them>actually having to fight people and getting in trouble, even though youre blatantly defending yourself.

also fighting is all about technique more than strength (depending on your fighting style), there is nothing i love more than someone who thinks fighting is as easy as it is in the films getting into a fight.. only to get their ass beat by someone who knows what theyre doing. Someone actually getting beaten up isnt fun to watch but seeing someone get flipped over or having their arm locked behind them when they throw a bad punch is just hilarious.

Isn't it better when people underestimate you tho?

Well its always nice to have that bit of satisfaction but i cant stand getting in trouble for stuff that isnt my fault, and my school have a policy of 'if youre in a fight, you need to be punished', regardless of if it is self defence.

well that has to do with fighting... but i know what you mean

there are people who have no definition who can lift a car. some people are naturally built like tanks, some get huge but dont look defined

but weightlifting will help everyone

building muscle whilst learning to fight is the way to do it, just brute strength is no good if you cant even punch someone right.
also http://www.expertboxing.com/boxing-trai ... hing-power is pretty accurate.. i disagree with one or two bits but overall i'd say its right. Im not a pro though so i shouldnt act like one :-
