edit: it's not difficult to learn how to do, though. i'm capable of keeping up with all of tech's work. people need to understand that the difficulty is coming up with the flows to begin with. THEN filling it in with words. it's not about speed at all. strictly about if that's the flow he wants to do, that's how fast he's gonna have to spit to make it fit said beat. you strip the beat and it all falls apart.

he's just trying to shove the bars in there before the next ones come up, and thus the final product sounds choppy and hence "chopping". this is why he doesn't sound like twista and the other token "fast rappers"
