An actress who starred opposite rap superstar Eminem in his debut movie was arrested for attacking her assistant early yesterday in a trendy Chelsea hotel, police sources said.

Taryn Manning, 33, who played Eminem’s dysfunctional girlfriend in the 2002 movie “8 Mile,” was charged with assault following the 5 a.m. incident in her room at the Dream Downtown Hotel on West 16th Street, the sources added.

She allegedly punched and kicked the 23-year-old woman.

Manning also starred with Terrence Howard in the 2005 hit flick “Hustle and Flow.”

In recent years she’s had guest spots on the television shows “Sons of Anarchy” and “Hawaii Five-0.” This summer, she released a music album.
