thread title says it all, when your stressed out, over whatever your tryin to deal with, how do you take on that stress?
as of tonight, i'm beyond stressed to the point i feel sick, i've been filling out job app's like there's no tomorrow, everywhere, even Wal-Mart, tho i don't think they would hire me due to the fact i got caught stealin from them back in 07.
but still, my main worry is work, plus the fact i'm still dealin with the bullshit with my mom, the stress has fucked me up bad, i continue to lose weight even tho i'm eating, i really don't know what to do.
so, when you are in stressful moments, what do you do? how do you get your mind right?
