There's an interesting article on the making of The Documentary where one of Aftermath's A&R's talks about how Dre signs people with potential, but drops them if they can't make album-worthy material. I guess Slim the Mobster couldn't do it.

Speaking of stuff like this.. What happened to Bishop Lamant. I thought he was a step in the right direction.
