"I think the song sucks and so do all those people so that means everyone thinks the song sucks. If you don't think it sucks then you don't count." There are far more rap fans who think that Lil Wayne is still great than think he sucks, your logic is completely off.

P.S. I don't even know what you're talking about, this is the only post I read.

I never said that if you don't think the song sucks, you don't count. It's just that usually the majority would think the song sucks. Or the opposite way, it doesn't matter. Since there is no definite way to determine whether a song/artist/album truly sucks, I go by the general consensus. However, I don't just hop on the bandwagon and agree with the majority either...the only time I would go on a full out argument would be if I agree with the majority.

Think about the critics, websites like Pitchfork for example. People will follow them because they feel that's how most people feel about the certain song/album/artist. It may not be how the world works, but it's definitely how music works.

And about Lil Wayne, I'd say most people think he sucks. But idk, that's just what I've seen so far. :coffee:

@Insane, I'm not willing to blow this out of proportion because I just got an "unofficial warning" and I feel I might get hit with the banhammer if we go any further.

Agreed.

Sing For The Moment, 'Till I Collapse, Say Goodbye Hollywood...songs like these are a dime-a-dozen. Most rappers could write that shit in their sleep.

And create those beats.

I listened to GKMC a few times and there is nothing special about that album for me. Some songs are great, some..I can`t sit through them.

Blu, you are the biggest idiot ever to post on this forum. Think of any idiot ever you saw here, and that idiot doesn`t even come close to you. ANY RAPPER COULD MAKE TES!!!??? Come on man. You like Kendrick more than Eminem, that`s cool. But you being so stupid, that isn`t cool.

He's not trolling. Maybe exaggerating it a bit, but I'm sure he really thinks he's right most of the time and stuff. It'd be worse if he was wasting all this time to troll.

this is kinda true though. Other than business, the other songs are pretty average. obie's verse on drips drags it down to flat out bad though. wtms isn't worth listening to after eminems verse. say what you say is definitely a contender for worst song on the album too.

i do think tes is his best work because of the high points, but it's less consistent than sslp and maybe even mmlp idk. it isn't an album that anyone could make tho

I'd honestly say gkmc is better than the majority of ems albums tho, it's easily better than his last 3 but I think it's a better album than sslp too and I think it'll age way better than mmlp has.

I might have exaggerated by saying anyone could make TES, but I still stand by my claim that the songs I listed ARE forgettable and average at best.

yep, gkmc has production which can age way better than Eminem's discography imo, beats sounds older but at the same time, they sound like you'll be able to listen to them in 5 years, maybe 10.
Look at TES for example, half of the beats were dope back in the days but what about now ? without me... the song is amazing in acapella but with a beat it hurts :coffee:
