Wasted beats

What are some great beats that you feel were completely wasted? Great beats wasted by shitty rappers, or instances where rappers just failed to deliver on a hot beat when it could have been a classic?

The one I think of right now is how much Jay-Z wasted that beat on the Dynasty Intro. That's a sick fucking beat, and what does Jay do with it? Makes it the into. On top of that, he spends the first half of the song just talking about his shitty record label. Then the second half is a little better, he raps 1 uninspired verse and then calls it a day. The beat has really nifty little sample and all he's talking about his pimps and hoes.

Hands down, Diddy-I'm Coming Home, tops the list for me

And pretty much anything off Styles P's "Gangster and a Gentleman". Love that album but the beats would have been lethal in someone else's hands.

This beat right here! It's made by Norwegian producer Nasty Kutt and of all things, he had to hand it to some stupid-ass television show for kids. :facepalm2
