does it need to be overproduced like most shit today? The booming hypnotizing piano combined with the drums and subtle violin are beautiful and honestly do not need any further assistance. It's one of the most memorable beats ever. Scott Storch did his thang with that piano, MY GAWD.

I think Mathematics by Mos Def deserves a spot. Same with It Was a Good Day by Ice Cube. Let's be honest this list is the top 10 classic beats, so on those qualifications those two songs deserve a spot.
