I'm kinda less excited for it because it's going to be a single.
50 always saved his collaborations with Em for the album to build more hype, I hope this is not some dumbed-down bullshit to try to get radio-play.

But they recorded 4 songs together, I guess we can expect two Em songs if this one turned out to be mainstream-ish.

It's got Adam Levine on the hook, and just from the title and the fact it's a single... it's quite clearly a blatant jab at a modern radio smash, which is quite disappointing, seems Em is unable to divorce himself from 'big' commercial concepts or sounds lately... he doesn't compromise his lyricism or his style, but the music, sound and themes of the overall songs seem less thrilling.

I predict this song will be a 'big' sounding song with a spacious, pop-rock chorus about fame or entrapment, with Em and 50 both delivering a verse each about fame, celebrity, them in the spotlight, what it means to be a rapper etc. aka the themes Em has been stuck on for a long-time now. I think it'll probably be a pretty good verse or performance due to the space he's in lyrically right now, but it's just becoming so predictable, I wish he'd dig deeper and darker.

It's on.. they'll give little info here & there to build anticipation... the buzz so far has been crazy considering there's only basic info for the song but the crowds already buzzin'. I kinda believe now this is gonna be a huge hit considering Jimmy giving it a go... it's unusual all the way.

I have no problem with girls on te hook. Adam's pitched voice is truly annoying.
