Not to me, it looks like the other way around from these statistics. 19 states accept cousins getting married, but only 9 accept gay marriage. If anything people who support cousin marriages are hypocritical or have a double standard on gay marriage.

Let's say there is no good reason why gay people can't get married.
And there is no good reason why cousins can't get married.

An argument that supports homosexual marriage that does not support incest is the one I have been making all along. That homosexuals do not choose to be homosexuals. Banning marriage on people who were born a certain way is more similar to race discrimination. Cousins are not born in love with each other. You cannot make that same argument for incestuous relationship as you can for homosexual relationships in this case.

It is normal though, in the sense it is actually happening almost all over the world. It's more uncommon these days though, especially in the Western society.
