Replacing bread is awful! I love bread so much haha. Big ray is right about oats though, they are a great breakfast food. You can even blend them up and mix them into a protein smoothie to start the day (just to add some variety to your diet).

Counting calories is all you need to do at first. However, your body gets used to low calorie diets and it loses less weight each week (as you are starting to notice). That's when you need to make a diet plan with specific foods and food groups.

P.S. We call cow meat "beef" :y: lol

12 WEEKS! Damn, dude, you really are serious about this. Good. I'm proud of you nigga. Tell me one thing, once you've reduced down to regular size fella; how are you gonna tone down the face? It doesn't shape according to the body, though. Are you planning anything about it?

It doesn't. It sags when you lose weight. You might need to do some facial exercises or someshit.

I suggest you start using this website, it's the most complete one and gives you detailed nutrition info about ANY kind of food. It's really important you keep track of what you consume.

I know it's a low number, but I'm not sad, if you check the pattern for the past weeks, it has been high and low, high and low. On the low weeks I eat carbs against what I was told like rice, spaghetti, white bread etc.. but the next week every time i stick to a protein diet, I shake off a lot of weight, I'm doing sports in both weeks though, so expect a way bigger number next week. My body is trying to resist, but it won't hold on for long!

70 pounds total is FANTASTIC though, screw the weekly numbers. You're amazing. :y:

That's great Lello, 39%. So far so good. Don't give up, I guess Christmas will be more complicated for you with all those meals. how are you emotionally? I have a friend who is on diet and she seems to be always in a bad mood now.

I'm pretty sure Lello is in a great mood, he's been doing great and should be proud with his accomplishments. I'm hoping he's even more confident now that he's closer to his goal.
