Those are my top 5 rap artists. The order switches sometimes and Kanye would probably be replaced by Blu/Black Thought/Pharoahe/Ghostface or something if you asked me my top 5 lyricists.

I hate half of Lupe's discography and I also think his last 2 albums are worse than Jay's mediocre ones. Jay also has 4 classics imo. Lupe is still probably in my top 10 though because of how good F&L & The Cool are.

TBA and AG are two of my favourite albums of all time so I think he deserves a spot.

Ummmmm. Very fucking tough.

Em and Slug are the only two mainstays really.

Then it'd be out of Common, Mos Def, Copywrite, Possessed, Andre 3000--and Kendrick could stake a claim in the future.
