I like the new interface. They also finally added a queue option.

If you use Grid view for Artists or Cover flow you'll be displeased, aside from that it's not very different.

Does anyone know how to find the song count and the amount of memory it has taken? Like what used to be at the bottom?

You can only see Song Count when you go into the "Songs" way to view your library.

To find the amount of memory you go to View> Show Status Bar, and it goes back to how it usually was there at the bottom of the old iTunes.

My problem is the removal of the Grid view for Artists, that was perfect before and they took it out and replaced it with garbage. I was searching around Google and that seems to be the #1 problem people have with it, and I'm not surprised. Queue is cool, I probably won't make much use of it for now though.

I don't want to scroll all the way down from A-Z to find an artist, grid view was so much more convenient. And it's so much worse for people with large and high-resolution monitors, the little covers beside the artists' name in the new Artists tab are extremely small. Others are bitching about that too. I don't even consider my monitor to be large, it's only 20" and the little covers are 37x37 pixels.



Don't see how you could prefer that over clean simple grid view.
