This is a tough decision.
WTOH was a decent album, but the production was too involved to the point where it was harder to make technical raps on it. It had some weak cuts too.
Life Is Good is really good as well, but Nas doesn't really innovate, but simply returns back to the formula that made him successful in the first place.
Good Kidd Madd City was one of the most unique rap albums I ever heard. Unique flow and delivery. Genuine honest lyrics without being unnecessarily raunchy or preachy. Solid production.
