I had a dream where Em released a new single similar to "The Real Slim Shady" called "Honkie". I remembered liking it, though why I don't know.

Just had a crazy Em dream... like, it was very brief, I think I was watching a promo for his 2013 CD or something, but here's what happened.

Em was hunched over sitting on a bed, hands clasped on his chin. It was 2002 Em, with a mirror to his side. The camera sped up to his face, determination in his eyes, fucking beanie hat on like in 8 Mile. Then he looked in the mirror and the camera turned to his reflection, which was an old Em, like 2020, grey hair, greying beard, no hat. There was sadness in his eyes. Like he was about to cry. Then it came back from the mirror and back onto the Em on the bed, but the Em on the bed turned into 2013 Em, with his Kangol hat on, hands in the same position as before. Then his lead single's beat came on from a fade in and he got up and walked out (the beat was an Alchemist beat, I think. Eerie melody and then hard kicks followed by an intense snare and a driven piano roll). Then his album title flashed on the screen and said:

"Eminem: Destination - 5.17.13"

Then I woke up.

I feel like Eminem is always trying hard to reinvent himself. It reminds me of Peter Pan trying to chase his own shadow. But I realized that releasing TES might have been a handicap that didn't bode well for Eminem's future. He changed his style and was never able to top it later on, hence creating millions of disgruntled and pissed off fans. I feel that his new album will be similar to HTS. Lots of yelling and forced anger.

Tonight I dreamt I sneezed really hard, so hard I kicked myself in the head with my left knee. Blood was gushing out of my forehead and my left eye popped out and landed on the floor. Of course i stepped on it and it got squished..
