slow download speed -- why??

this is seriously fuckin gay... when i used to download files from internet explorer, like from websites, the average speed used to be 25kb/sec.. now all of a sudden, the average speed is always between 1-10kb/sec.. anyone know why that might be??.. its seriously fuckin gay it takes fuckin ages to dl stuff!!!! ... and it only happens with internet explorer.. the speed is normal, say, if i use LimeWire the speed is still 25kb average

Do you have anything else using the net at the same time?

IN most cases it depends its were u downloading from and how much trafic ur aloud from the site.
