His last album sucked. I don't give a fuck if it's enjoyable music, it's shit when put against other great rap albums.

Kanye's last album has got to be one of the most overrated hip hop albums ever. It wasn't bad overall but it was very far from being great. When an artist releases a solo project, you don't want to get 20 minutes of that artists voice. It's Kanye's worst album besides 808. It's his worst hip hop album by far

Possessed's Solo, Sadistik's FTMF; and Eminem's next.

LOL, dude stfu. I'm starting to think your knowledge of hip-hop is very small and any statements you make shouldn't be taken seriously.

Please, tell me, which albums does MBDTF not do well against? Fucking Relapse? An album full of Eminem trying to disgust the listener by saying dumb shit like his dad raped him? Or Recovery? The mixtape-turned-album full of shit production and dumb lyrics?

You can be cool at times, but posts like these, that just show your obvious hate, piss me off.ee

Mixtape turned album? This may be a candidate for DPOAT (dumbest post of all time).

How can hip-hop be dead if Wu-Tang is forever?

2010 is mad underrated ya'll. Recovery, MBDTF, Distant Relatives, How I got over/ Wake Up Thank me Later (even though its not my thing), Pink Friday.... and lets not even get started on the underground releases.
Songs of the year

Pretty much this.
You have to have lived a bit, and experienced the pains in life, to fully appreciate this album.
I wouldnt be surprised if anyone under 21 hated it.

Yeah, lyrics are important. But you're forgetting that MBDTF has some of Kanye's best lyricism.

Mhh.. I disagree. College Drop Out and Late Registration lyricism were better to me. I like MBDTF because of the sound and the experimentation, the lyrics are definitely not some of his best to me.

I think mbdtf is arguably kanye's best album lyrically and I also think it was his artistic peak. It'll be tough to top it, pretty sure his next album will be more like graduation

I still fail to understand why MBDTF is so great lyrically, especially compared to LR/CD/Graduation. :(

LOL, no

We're not just talking about rhyming you idiot. Kanye's lyrics on MBDTF were a helluva lot better than Em's on Recovery.

Kanye set up a story with MBDTF, it's really his best work artistically. All you care about is da multeez and that's why you can't enjoy music other than Eminem.
