Well, what happened is that one of the admins had a soft spot for one of the members, and another one of the banned people wasn't guilty of anything besides being an idiot. So, due to these factors, the whole thing kind of came undone. It is what it is though, things happen.
It could always happen again...but would probably be undone again, and wouldn't really solve anything besides losing a good mod or two.
