In the last 2 albums, I felt that Eminem fell in love with word stuffing too much. To me, it's just unnecessary clutter and it doesn't make the line much more creative. He's just filling in lines to make it seem like he's coming up with all kinds of creative rhymes at once. But it's a little hard to decipher at times and ultimately it's sort of like how he rhymes with syllables at times instead of the whole word.
Having said that I think it's okay to sandwich in moderation when the word is fully relevant. Stan and 8 Mile were such conceptual gems, but though he rhymed well, he wasn't overly embellishing his songs with 20 rhymes that mean nothing. It get's a little on your nerves after a while. It's quality over quantity. Eminem falls in love with the technical facet a little too much. There has to be a limit.
Lastly, I think he needs to cut out the unorthodox flow. He had tried to become a little bit too fancy with Relapse. With Recovery, the beats were not natural for him.
