Yeah it was meant as a joke. But seriously, you cant like overdose weed in some way and die? The body just gets rid of it?

Since we're now on health effects, I suppose it's a good time to bring up the study that indicates that long-term regular use of marijuana doesn't impair lung function. Yep, 20 year study showed that, and even indicated that lung function even improved in some users.

And cheese, no, you can't overdose from marijuana. It's never happened, and is just about physically impossible. In that aspect, water is more dangerous than marijuana.

I was reading the Hopsin thread and Trimss brought up that weed can be addictive.

I believe this is very untrue. When something is addictive, you feel the need to use it even when you don't want to.

I smoke nearly everyday, but I'm not biting my nails, tearing apart my hair at the thought of not smoking. I know I'll be able to smoke when I get home and it's because I want to.

Honestly, nothing is better than smoking weed, ordering a fat pizza, and watching a movie on Netflix.

I was curious when he brought up heart failure too so I googled it and according abc it can have negative 'long term' heart effects on someone with heart problems already.

Just throwing this out there. I mean, yeah it's a minority and yeah it's abc.. but whatevs. I'm for the legalization of weed by the way.

Trimss did say that it was a mental addiction, not a physical one.

But...a mental addiction could be anything. Driving fast, jacking off, playing cards, or watching movies. If you can't control that, it doesn't matter whether or not you're smoking weed, you'll end up "addicted" to something else, because you have no self control. Might as well be marijuana, and not salty snacks or soda.

Speaking as someone that's went through physical withdrawals before, if you can't stop smoking weed, it's because you're a fuck up.

Well yeah, but ive tried it out atleast. Many people claims stuff without even having any experience.

Do you have to like go through a surtain amount of tries before you can flatout experience good things from weed? Cause all my attempts ended in increased heartrate, hallucination, etc

While the combustion of plant material isn't ideal, the cannabinoids seem to counter-act the harmful effects normally associated with smoke. THC actually deprives cancer cells of a specific protein they need to grow and spread.

You had hallucinations? Are you sure you were smoking real weed? Because some of those symptoms sound like the effects from smoking synthetic THC blends like Spice.

It wasnt the first time, it was the last time lol. Scary as fuck.
Im not sure what it was but im pretty sure it wasnt anything crazy. The guys i smoked it with were regular weed smokers.

One of the times I was high I liked it. I sat down in a sofa and took one hugh hit, laid back and felt heavy as fuck. I thought I slid through the cracks in the sofa.
