But seriously. Aren't they made with whole grain and shit?

Because for like a 5 day stretch I ate like 3 boxes of Reese's Puffs total, and that's all I ate. And I looked like I slimmed down a bit too.

of course that's sugar for the most part, so are most type of cereals.

Is he saying he just ate that??? Because if so, that's a terrible alimentation. You have to eat vegetables, fruit, proteins...etc...those are carbohydrates and sugar. Just that.

I'm not going to eat purely cereal...

I'm also eating (and will continue eating) fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats and lots of water.

Lol wut, it's CHOCOLATE for breakfast. Whole grain doesn't mean it doesn't pack a lot of calories or sugars or sodium. And yeah, orange juice is basically just as bad as a can of coke. I really doubt for 5 days you ate Reeses Puffs and you slimmed down, results don't show that fast. I'm also dieting, well creating a calorie deficit. I never realized how many unnecessary calories I was taking a day. It was around 2000-2200. Now I'm down to around 1400 max, plus burning around 400 at the gym every other day. I just started last week, so hopefully I see results in a couple months. I'm kind of worried though, because I don't feel hungry at all and I feel like I should be taking away even more calories when I feel like the 800 calories a day less should be more than enough. I'm pretty satisfied with what I eat usually. Don't want to take away from the fact that this is Lello's thread though, but yeah. I think he's inspired us.

Calorie counting was never really my thing.. I'm just learning to eat slower and more often... as in tiny meals throughout the day. Lello are u weightlifting at all? It's pretty addictive and rewarding.

Eedee, only drink water. Don't even eat too much fruit (including fruit juice) as its full of sugar.
